Born from a Revolution
Our Story
Our story doesn’t begin in a design studio. It begins in 1804.
Zansèt was born out of a deep reverence for the titans of Haitian history. Growing up, we were inspired by the stories of our national heroes—leaders like Jean-Jacques Dessalines who possessed the courage to break chains and build a nation. But we noticed a gap: while our history is rich, it is often kept in textbooks or museums. We wanted to bring it to the streets.
We asked ourselves: How does a modern generation honor the ancestors?
The answer was fashion. We combined our passion for design with our pride in our heritage to create a streetwear brand that speaks volumes. Every T-shirt, every hoodie, and every pair of shoes we design is a canvas. We use modern aesthetics to retell the stories of the brave men and women who fought for our freedom.
Zansèt is our way of keeping their names alive. It is a fusion of the past’s strength and the present’s style.
